• Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require additional verification.

• bj77 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are abnormally low or high due to an error.
• If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded. Specific rules apply for rescheduled events.
• Bets may be voided in live betting due to delays or connection issues — bj77 bears no liability for this.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. bj77 reserves the right to set individual bet limits for any member.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj77 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Multi-Account: Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them will be closed.
• Bonus Abuse: Manipulating the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage, such as attempting to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Money Laundering: Using bj77 as a vehicle for money laundering. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the FIU.
• Hacking & Scraping: Gaining unfair advantage through unauthorized access to the platform, data scraping, or the use of third-party software.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.

Bj77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If KYC verification is incomplete or the submitted documents are unsatisfactory, your account will be restricted.
• If evidence of a terms violation is found, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. All valid balances will be returned to you.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be declared dormant after a maintenance fee is deducted.

• Funds related to an ongoing dispute may be temporarily held.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered your automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
